and Mail Early to avoid the last minute rush
at Christmas. Shop through this Christmas
Book and your Sears Big General Catalog now.
List all the things you want on the enclosed
order blank, or if you don't have a Sears order
blank any plain paper will do.

ounces to full pounds (16 ounces to the pound).

members of the family should order under one
name, as it helps us give you better service.
Please give us the catalog number, quantity,
name of each item, color, size, price, shipping
It is best to send money by postoffice or ex–
press money order, or by bank draft or check.
Your mail carrier will be glad to buy a post–
office money order for you if you live on a mral
route. You can also obtain a money order at
your postoffice or from local express agent.

EXAMPLE if your order weighs 25 pounds and you live in
Zone 3 postage will be 59c. If you send too much, every cent
extra will be returned. Mail Carrier can tell you your zone.

C.O.D. Orders
Unless there is real need for C.0.D
service, we urge you to enclose money
order or check when you mail your or–
ders and avoid the extra handling and
expense of C.O.D. orders. On parcel
post C.0.D. shipments, in addition ta
the price of the merchandise and regular
parcel post charges, we will bill you for
the C.O.D. collection fee which we are
required to pay the postoffice. The post–
office also collects a money order fep for
forwarding the total amount to us.
We believe very few of our customers
will want to order C.O.D. because of the
extra cost. However, when you need the
fastest possible service regardless of cost
to you-for example on emergency or–
dersfor repair parts-wewillship C.O.D.
We do not accept C.0.D. orders:
For less than $2.00 (except orders for
repair parts).
For merchandise that is cut or made
to special measurements.
For items that are shipped direct from
one of our factories.
For shipment to foreign countries.
Freight and Express Orders
If there is an agent at your station, you
pay charges when shipment is received.
If there is no freight agent. include
money in your order to cover freight
charges. If you seµd too much we will
return the difference. Freight charges
are based on distance; consult your
freight agent, or write us for actual
charges.
