HOW TO ORDER
List the items you are ordering on the convenient order blank
enclosed in this catalog. Total the cash prices and be sure your
order amounts to $10.00 or more.
The head of the household should fill in the answers to the
Easy Payment questions on the lower portion of the order
blank and sign it: Then enclose a check or money order for
the required down payment and mail the order to Sears.
For amount to send with your order refer to the four down
payment groups at right. If your order includes merchandise
from more than one group, figure the required down payment
for each group separately. Then add these down payments
together and the total is the amount to send with your order.
For amount payable monthly refer to the Payment Table
at the right. Notice that the monthly payment is only $5 for
any unpaid balance up to $55.
ADDITIONAL PURCHASES
Once you have an open account on our books, you'll find it a
real convenience to "add on" new things as you go along-in
most cases with no down payment and with no increase in
your monthly payments.
If the articles you add are individually priced at $10 or less
(including tax on sales, if any, and shipping charges), you need
not send a down payment. No down payment is required if
_ ~u are adding to your account purchases of auto supplies and
ures, hardware, building material, paint, wallpaper, plumbing
and heating equipment, lighting fixtures, awnings, window
shades, venetian blinds, baby carriages, typewriters, wheel
chairs, Zenith hearing aids, monuments, baby chicks, light
plant storage batteries, fencing or farm equipment even
though priced at more than $10.

ment Plan tn orders of $10 or more. Sears
Easy Terms provide an easy, thrifty way to
get the things you want now-to use and
enjoy while paying for them. A small amount
down and the balance in convenient monthly
payments brings you the things you need
when you need them.
You can combine your orders from this and
any current Sears catalog-and, remember,
on all orders including only items priced at
$10 or less, the down payment is only 103
as explained below.
