ORDERING INFORMATION
Kindly return goods within 6 days of receipt. Pack and
tie
parcel carefully, address it to Simpsons-Sears Mail
Order, Regina, and print your name and address plainly
in the upper left-hand corner. Please allow time for goods
sent in exchange to reach you. Note: Goods should be re–
turned by the cheapest method, as the amount we refund for
postage or shipping is ln:lsed on the lowest rate.

Please use the Order Form enclosed in each catalogue
and give full information for each item. For items to be
engraved, please PRINT desired initials or name.
We do not engrave items on C.O.D. orders.
MEASURE EACH TIME YOU ORDER
To measure with "try-on" accuracy, follow "Measur–
ing Instructions" listed in the index of our current
large catalogue.
It
is most important that you take
new measurements each time
you
order for children.
If your order of heavy goods or arpliances has been damaged
in transit, do not return
it
unti you have contacted your
Order Office, as in most cases damaged parts can be re–
placed at once by our local serviceman.
If
you
do not live
near an Order Office, write Dept. 157, Simpsons-Sears Mail
Order, Regina, andwait for our reply before returning goods.

If
returning
goods by parcel post, enclose all papers re–
ceived from us, with a note stating the reason for the return
and exactly what you wish in exchange. Please do not
send a separate letter. Kindly affix proper regular postage;
we will promptly refund your postal charges.
Be
sure to
insure your parcel and keep your receipt; insurance is free
on parcels up to
50.00
in value.

When sending goods by freight or express, please mail
us a separate letter stating
(a) what you are returning
and why you s:rre returning it; (b) whether it is being
shipped by road or water transport, or by rail express or
freight; (c) what you wish in exchange.
Be
sure to keep
the bill of lading your agent will give
you
on request.
Service and repairs are available
anywhere in Canada or the Unit·
ed States on any appliance or
major mechanical item sold by us.

contact your local Order Office
and the staff will arrange for a
qualified serviceman to go to your
home.

you do not live near an
Order Office, write to the Adjust–

IF YOU WRITE TO US ABOUT YOUR ORDER
Enclose a copy of your order or state exactly what
you ordered, giving catalogue numbers, sizes, colors
and so on.
Attach
any
bills or correspondence received
from us,
and any registration, insurance or money
order receipts. In case of railway damage or loss,
send us railway Bad Order or Shortage reports. Print
your name and address plainly in the upper left·
hand corner of your envelope.
IF YOU MOVE
If
you move we shall need your new address to ensure
that you receive future catalogues. We shall also
need your old address to credit you with orders sent
