6-Unit Electric Diesel switcher work train.

This powerful new General Motors design

diesel switcher locomotive is equipped with front

and rear automatic couplers, bright headlight,

heavy-duty multiple drive motor, die-cast wheels

and oilless bronze bearings. All cars have four–

wheeled double trucks, high-impact plastic tops

and automatic couplers which can be operated by

remote control from the transformer position to

couple and uncouple the cars at will. The entire

train is 57V2' long. Flatcar with sides, drop-end

gondola, searchlight car with powerful search–

light that swivels in all directions and dummy

generator unit, wrecker car and wrecker caboose.

Heavy-duty CSA approved transformer has

thermal unit circuit breaker with extra binding

posts for accessories. Large radius track 34 x

45V2', 129V2' oval. 8 sections curved, 1 section

electric straight track with uncoupling ramp and

ings, die-cast wheels, piston rod action and a

powerful headlight. Set consists of a coal and

water-type tender and three cars-boxcar, flat–

car with sides, and a caboose. All are made of

strong, impact-resistant plastic. The train is 42"

long overall. All cars have four-wheel double

trucks and automatic couplers. Heavy-duty

CSA approved transformer controls forward and

reverse action by operating the variable speed

control. Non-toxic smoke liquid is supplied.
