HERE'S HOW IT WORKS ...
In any Sears store, just present your identification card and say "Charge It."
If
you buy by mail, just give your account number. Your identification will
be recognized in any Sears outlet nationwide. It's just as
if
you had a regular
charge at Sears
if
you pay within thirty days of the billing date; it's similar
to an easy payment account if you wish to spread your payments over many
months. Your monthly payment will vary, depending on your total balance
... it will go up or down depending on how much you have been buying. (See
the schedule of monthly payments on the next page.) Convenient, isn't it?
YOU GET A STATEMENT EACH MONTH ...
It's easy to know how much you've spent-how much to pay-and when,
because Sears will mail you a statement every month telling you all these
things. Convenient for your own records too . .. gives you a written record
of everything you buy!
YOU CAN USE IT TO SHOP ANY WAY ...
Your identification card is your passport to easy buying-any way from
Sea:i;s-by telephone, by mail, at Sears Catalog Sales Offices, at Sears Retail
Catalog Sales Departments, or over the counter in any Sears Retail Store.
And not only any way-but any place in the entire United States, wherever
Sears has a store.
OF COURSE, YOU CAN USE SEARS OTHER CREDIT PLANS
AT THE SAME TIME ...
This Revolving Charge Plan is particularly convenient for the purchase of
clothing and other everyday needs. When you want more time for payments
(particularly on major appliances, home furnishings or home modernization
items), you may prefer to use another of Sears convenient Credit Plans at
the same time as your Revolving Charge Account. See page 294 in blue
section of this catalog for our other convenieI\t plans, or visit any Sears
outlet for information.
IT'S EASY TO START YOUR ACCOUNT ... HERE'S HOW ...
Simply use the application and agreement on the other side of this sheet–
fill each one in and send it to Sears. Or you may open an account by tele–
phone-just by calling the most convenient Sears unit. (For number to call
see preceding blue pages.) Tell our phone clerk you want to open an SRC
account, she will take your application and your order at the same time, if
you wish. Or visit any Sears store-they will gladly answer any questions
you may have and fill out your application for you.
