The secret of strength in these basketballs lies in the winding of thousands of yards of
nylon cord over a butyl rubber bladder in the best balanced pattern that can be applied
to a ball. The layer of nylon cord is impregnated with an undercoat anchoring all strands
in place. The vinyl composition outside cover stock is molded to the carcass forming
one single unit. This process develops maximum uniformity and wear.
