PENNEYS CHARGE ACCOUNT AGREEMENT

J.C. Penney Company, Inc.

With respect to my Penneys Charge Account, I agree that

1. I will pay the time sale price of each item charged

to my account, consisting of (a) the cash sale price, plus

(b) a time price differential (" service charge" } computed

by applying the rate of
