1.

If you now have a Penneys Regular Charge Account, just write

your order, fill in your Customer Number, and check the "Time

Payment Account" box. Then, read and SIGN the Time Payment

Account Agreement on page 248 and mail it with your order

to the address on page 240. Retain the Customer's Copy of

the agreement for your records. Remember, your first Time

Payment Account order must total $19 or more. Only the mer·

chandise listed above may be purchased on a Time Payment

Account. For Regular Charge purchases or Cash purchases

please use another order form.

2.

If you do NOT have a Regular Charge Account, turn to the

bottom portion of page 244 or 246, and fill out the Credit

Application, then sign

both

the Charge Account Agreement

and the Time Payment Account Agreement on pages 247 and

248. Then, write your order and if using order form on page

243, check the box that says "Time Payment Account." Mail

the signed agreements with your order to the address on page

240. Retain the Customer's Copies of the agreements for your

records. Remember-your first Time Payment order must total
