CREDIT TERMS

you are adding on to a Revolving Charge Account, Easy Payment or Mod–
ernizing Credit Account, indicate on the order blank your account number
and town in which the Sears Store carrying your account is located. On Sears
Credit Terms orders, we ship prepaid and charge your account.

you are opening a new account, have the head of household answer the
questions on the back of the order blank and check type of account desired.
