premium rates then published
by the company, with no
health questions asked.
• When applying, a medical is
not normally needed but Eaton
Life reserves the right to
obtain further medical infor–
mation or a medical exami–
nation before acceptance, and
to decline an application in
specific cases.
•Applicants under age 35
may apply for double the
amount at twice the premium.
• Should the policyholder
die before reaching 65, any
insurance for other family
members will continue free
of charge with all original
privileges for its full term.
• An extra $1 monthly will
cover all children (now under
18) from 6 months to 21 years
of age. Later family additions
covered too.
• If disabled before age 60
for at least six consecutive
months you pay no more
premiums so long as you are
totally disabled. "Total
Disability" means mental or
physical incapacity, resulting
from bodily injury or disease
originating while the policy is
in force, which wholly pre–
vents the Life Insured from
engaging in any occupation
and from performing any work
for remuneration or profit.
It excludes self-inflicted
injuries, active military service,
flying as a crew member and
parachuting.
