OF MILES SPECIFIED: During this period. if
the size and load range rating of tire ere equivalent to or greeter than that
specified by vehicle's manufacturer. we'll replace tire free or refund your money
if either of the following occurs:
(1)
Failure apparently relating to material or
workmanship of tire or normal road hazards: (2) Wearout of tread

remaining) and warranty card is presented to venfy mileage received.
LIMITED WARRANTY: During the remainder of total mileage specified, 1f the
size and load range rating of tire are equivalent to or greater theri that specified
by vehicle's manufacturer. Sears will replace tire or give a refund. charging in
either case for the propon1on of miles actually received. if either (
1)
or
(2)
above
occurs. The charge for miles received will be made on the basis of the selling
price. including Federal Excise Tax. then in effect for the replacement tire at
store where tire is returned.
If card is not presented. warranty applies only to

with a charge for the
ponion of original usable tread (original tread depth less

in.) used. Service
under this warranty 1s available by returning tire, which has failed or worn out. to
any Sears store 1n the U.S.
