Just put pre-cooked food or fresh produce into a
bailable cooking pouch; place top of pouch into seal–
er and press down firmly for 5 to 7 seconds. Pouches
are now ready to store in freezer. To serve, simply
drop pouches into boiling water. Unit hangs on wall
