We mail Delivery Class A items to service personnel at APO and FPO
addresses worldwide. APO/FPO delivered items are not subject to sale and
use tax. Service personnel within the U.S .. without APO/FPO addresses.

For APO and FPO addresses. the methods of shipping used for Delivery
Class A (mailable) orders are as follows:
SAM Space Available Mail carries surface packages by air transport as
cargo space permits. The package must weigh no more than 15 lbs .. and
measure no more than 60 inches in length and girth combined. Rates are
listed in the APO/FPO insert
NOTE: We always ship orders by SAM whenever package size and
weight permit.
PAL For an added fee, Parcel Air Lift carries packages by air transport that
weigh no more than 30 lbs.. and measure no more than 60 inches in
length and girth combined. Rates are listed in the APO/FPO insert
Parcel Post If you choose to have your order shipped surface and your
parcels are over the size and/or weight restrictions for SAM. we will ship
via Parcel Post at the surface rate listed in the APO/FPO insert.
Priority Mail (Expedited Delivery) Choose Priority Mall for fastest delivery.
Parcels must weigh no more than 70 lbs. and not exceed 108 inches in
lenght and girth combined. Rates are listed in the APO/FPO insert.
IMPORTANT: Size restrictions on mailable items will vary according to
postal regulations of the country in which an APO/FPO address 1s located.
Some of our Delivery Class A merchandise may not be mailable to these
countries. Contact your local post office to verify size and weight
restriction for the country in which your APO/FPO address is located
Sorry-We can 't ship Class Bor Class C items to APO/FPO addresses.
·These numbers are for orders only. There 1s aS5 expedited handling fee with each
phone call. It will be added to the cost of your order, but you will not receive any
long distance charges from your local phone company.

Most items can be returned to a JCPenney Store or Catalog Department.
• To return items by mail, fill out the "Return or Exchange Form" which
accompanied your order.
If you don't have this form, write your complete name, address, credit
card account number (ii applicable) and the approximate date of
purchse on a piece of paper.
• Enclose this information with the item and mail it to the appropriate
Distribution Center for your area (see page 757 of our Fall/Winter
Catalog). Please note that Class Bitems can only be returned via UPS.
