On parcel post C.O.D. shipments, in addition to the price of the merchan–

dise and parcel post charges, you pay a C.O.D. collection fee which is an

extra charge the post office makes for handling C.O.D. shipments. The

post office also charges a money order fee for forwarding payment to us.

We do not ship C.O.D. orders: for merchandise that is cut, engraved,

printed, or made to special order; for merchandise that is shipped direct

from one of our factories; for merchandise to be shipped to foreign coun–

tries; for merchandise to anyone other than the person sending us the

order; for seeds and perishable goods.
