Write or print your full name and address plainly, mak–
ing sure-if you live on a rural route-that your box and
route number is included.

is important that your
signature is exactly the same each time you order. We can
give you faster, more efficient service on all orders if every

Tell us. the catalog number, quantity desired, name of
each individual article wanted, color, size, price, ship–
ping weight and any other information requested.
If
you order on plain paper, be sure to give us just as complete
and detailed i'nformation as if you were using a regular
01der blank. Check your order and see that all specifica–
tions are accurate before mailing.

State measurements requested in merchandise descrip–
tions. When ordering clothing, measure correctly to
insure proper fit and absolute satisf:iction. Be sure to
give color and size wherever necessary.

Total the shipping weights and change ounces to full
