multi-action gym or remove padded backrest for
use as a rowing machine.
In
the horizontal position, system lets
you
row
the standard way using both arms in unison. Or,
you
may do an alternate version (top left inset},
pulling with one arm and pushing with the
other. Rowing exercises back and biceps.
In
the
vertical position, machine duplicates the stan–
dard seated press movement (top middle inset}
to develop shoulders. Many other exercises in–
clude those beneficial for legs, back, biceps and
upper back shoulders.
Dual hydraulic cylinders easily adjust for low,
medium or high settings, allowing each arm to
be exercised independently and with different
tensions. Adjustable telescoping frame . Comfort
